1. What are Cookies?

This policy covers cookies and similar technologies, including tracking pixels, scripts and browser storage. A cookie is a small piece of information that a website stores in your browser so that the website can recognize you when you revisit and remember certain information about you. This can include which pages you have visited, choices you have made from menus, any specific information you have entered into forms and the time and date of your visit.

2. Types of Cookies

There are two main types of cookies:

• Session cookies: these are temporary cookies that expire at the end of a browser session; that is, when you leave the site. 3. Our Use of Cookies

• Understand how the site is used, so we can improve it. This information is tied to an identifier for your browser rather than to your name. It is not anonymous: if you submit a form, it can be connected to the contact details you give us.

Some of our cookies may collect and store your personal information, such as your name or email address. We are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy and will ensure that all personal information collected by us is kept and treated in accordance with our privacy policy. 4. Your Choices

This site asks for your choice through a consent banner on your first visit, and remembers it. You can reopen that panel at any time from the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer of every page, change any category, and withdraw a permission you gave earlier. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work cannot be switched off there, and are not used to track you.

Where the law of your country, province or state requires consent before a non-essential cookie is set, we set none until you have answered the banner. Those places are the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Quebec. Elsewhere those cookies are set unless you tell us otherwise, and the same footer link is how you tell us.

We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out: no analytics or advertising cookie is set, wherever you are visiting from, and you do not have to answer the banner or use the footer link for that to take effect. Firefox and Brave send this signal by default; other browsers offer it as a setting or through an extension. You can still open the preferences panel and choose to allow a category, and that choice applies from the moment you make it.

You can also refuse cookies through your browser, independently of the choice you make here. Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies. However, you have the ability to disable cookies if you wish, generally through changing your internet software browsing settings. It may also be possible to configure your browser settings to enable acceptance of specific cookies or to notify you each time a new cookie is about to be stored on your computer, enabling you to decide whether to accept or reject the cookie.
